Postgraduate Pre-sessional English Programme (PGPEP) are now open.
This year round programme will run from September 2023 - May 2024 and students can apply to join the PGPEP in either the September or January, depending on their current and required level of English for their intended postgraduate degree programme.
Students will benefit from world-class academic teaching and access to all University of Edinburgh services and facilities whilst immersing themselves in the vibrant cultural Scottish capital city of Edinburgh.
Application Deadlines:
The Semester 1 and 2 (full year) application deadline is Monday 21 August 2023
The Semester 2 only application deadline is Monday 13 November 2023
A Few Things To Note:
Students will be assessed during Semester 2 of the PGPEP and those with an offer to study on a postgraduate degree programme at the University of Edinburgh will be able to use this to demonstrate they have met the English language requirements of their degree programme.
If students have an offer from, or intend to apply to a different institution for postgraduate studies, they will need to check with their chosen institution to confirm their English language requirements. They may or may not accept PGPEP as meeting their entry requirements.
