利物浦大学2023年最新认可中国院校清单list把中国学校分为了3个Tier:
Tier 1：国家双一流院校（包括所有211、985）
Tier 2：所有双非院校（无名单），之前认可的13所独立学院*Tier 2：还包括获教育部转设的独立学院
Tier 3：所有未转设的独立学院
各Tier院校录取均分要求：海本录取要求查询链接：https://www.liverpool.ac.uk/study/international/countries/
非统招本科背景（专升本、自考、函授等）有双证的，可申请所有授课型硕士课程
“中外双证”即毕业时可各获得中外院校颁发的学位
四个Tier 2 要求77%的计算机专业：
MSc Data Science and Artificial Intelligence,
MSc Data Science and Artificial Intelligence with a Year in Industry
MSc Theoretical Computer Science,
MSc Theoretical Computer Science with a Year in Industry
这几个专业同时也对英本要求strong 2:1，2:1=60%以上，strong2:1=65%以上其他申请要求说明：
1.除了下列专业，所有授课型硕士专业不再需要推荐信。（但因申请系统中的“References” 版块为必填项，所以这一section仍需填写。）

2. 雅思豁免：本科最后一年在英国、澳大利亚、美国、新西兰、爱尔兰五国就读，即可获得雅思豁免；
