老师，同学在做悉尼大学入学注册，关于激活USI需要澳洲电话号码，请问需要达到悉尼大学前在国内（无澳洲电话）需要获得吗？还是先完成Unikey入学注册

What if I can't get a USI by the time I enrol?
When you enrol, your offshore/onshore status should reflect where you are at that time. If you haven't yet arrived in Australia you will need to select offshore and you will not be required to provide a USI during enrolment.

As soon as you arrive in Australia and have gone through customs you will need to update your status to onshore. You will then need to apply for a USI using your passport as a form of ID.
