1.2024年第一学期申请截止日期为2023.10.31，2024年第二学期的申请截止时间为2024/04/30。

Computer Information System CIS项目，Information technology IT项目，Master of Computer Science MCS项目，Master of Software Engineering MSE项目因为现在的申请者太多，不再接受延期，如果没法按Offer上的日期入学，需要重新申请。

墨大会在8月初上线一个成绩转换工具，申请前可以自行检验是否符合基本学术要求。墨大工程院最低的成绩要求是65%
